This initial chat helps both of us determine if we feel comfortable and connected, as a strong therapeutic relationship is fundamental to the process.
I currently practice in Fitzroy North, where I have a physical office for in-person sessions. I also offer online consultations via Zoom and phone. This option allows clients to enjoy the flexibility of remote sessions from the comfort of their homes, while also accommodating clients from interstate and overseas, who wish to engage in therapy.
My therapeutic approach is tailored to each individual’s unique needs, drawing from evidence-based practices and a compassionate, non-judgmental stance.
